Dishui Lake Pier No. 1 is located in Dishui Lake, Lingang New Town, Shanghai, a place for cruise ships to dock and tourists to board. TM Studio’s design allows the pier building itself to be completely integrated into the waterfront environment and become part of the surrounding Dishui Lake landscape, providing new migrant citizens to Shanghai a vibrant, and ever-evolving public space.
